ShareAlarmPro 2.2

ShareAlarmPro is both a network access control and folder monitoring utility. At first I thought it was an ordinary application and I tried the free 30-day version to see if this tool would bring me something different, something new that could impress me and could help me as well. And it did.

First of all, I think it’s perfect for me and my friends because I can easily block unwanted users who are trying to access my secured shares and confidential files too and this was something that I liked from the very beginning. Then ShareAlarmPro allows me to easily create network shares, and I can monitor all my folders. I am also very well informed of all the operations taking place in my computer and network sharing.

This application provides firewall protection as well as an intrusion detection system based on a security events log analyzer. The software also allows me to hide my workstation on the network in order not to be disturbed by other users. I can also browse my LAN to view all shared resources even if they are hidden. The folder watcher function is an essential feature as it provides folder monitoring and folder content change tracking. From a single location with ShareAlarmPro I am able to monitor shares on multiple servers.
